  1. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 13:59 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Lincoln 1-0 Reading

    Lincoln hit the post again!

Joel Pereira drops the ball, it crashes against the upright but the referee blows for a free-kick.

Another let-off for Reading. Surely they can't get out of this game with an equaliser, can they?

  2. 'They need to create more space'published at 13:56 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Bristol Rovers 0-1 Wrexham

    Lee Mansell
Former Bristol Rovers midfielder on BBC Radio Bristol

Rovers have a throw deep in the Wrexham half and the players are all bunched together. They need to create more space.

That has probably been the most frustrating part of this afternoon from the Gas.

  3. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:55 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Barrow 2-0 Fleetwood

Matty Virtue and Danny Mayor make way for Fleetwood as Liam Shaw and Owen Devonport are introduced.

  4. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 13:54 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Lincoln 1-0 Reading

How are the Imps still only one goal ahead in this game?

Ben House strikes the woodwork for the second time in this half, this time hitting the inside of the post.

Lincoln are really having to suffer for this first league win since October.

  5. goal

GOAL: Doncaster 2-0 Tranmerepublished at 13:54 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Patrick Kelly (66 mins)

Doncaster double their lead and make that extra man count.

Patrick Kelly wins the ball at the edge of the area places a tidy finish into the far corner.

It's hard to see how Tranmere are come back into this now especially with 10 men.

  6. Postpublished at 13:53 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Lincoln 1-0 Reading

Just past the hour-mark and a second alteration from Reading boss Noel Hunt.

Andre Garcia's day is done with Abraham Kanu replacing him.

  7. GREAT SAVE!published at 13:52 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Doncaster 1-0 Tranmere

Doncaster try to take advantage of the extra man and should be two to the good.

Luke Molyneux hits a low effort that produces a fine save by Luke McGee. Jordan Gibson is there with the follow up but McGee is there to deny him too.

  8. Postpublished at 13:50 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Barrow 2-0 Fleetwood

This is not looking good for Fleetwood.

Barrow's Connor Mahoney puts in a high touch to keep the ball in play and his second touch dances it through the legs of the Fleetwood defender to see plenty of space.

He takes another shot but again, the Cods keeper is there to deny him.

  9. 'Chalk and cheese'published at 13:46 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Bristol Rovers 0-1 Wrexham

Bristol Rovers are attacking the Wrexham box, this is something we didn't see at all in the first half.

Chalk and cheese from the first half but Wrexham are defending their box well.

  10. Postpublished at 13:46 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Lincoln 1-0 Reading

Lincoln remain on the front foot as Conor McGrandles delivers a ball into the box for Ben House but his header is straight at Joel Pereira.

A second goal feels like a matter of time.

  11. RED CARD: Tom Davies (Tranmere)published at 13:45 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Doncaster 1-0 Tranmere

Tranmere are down to 10 men as skipper Tom Davies receives his second yellow after a foul on Billy Sharp.

Things have just got a little bit more difficult for Nigel Adkins' side.

He responds by making a sub with Omari Patrick making way for Declan Drysdale.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:43 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Bristol Rovers 0-1 Wrexham

A double roll of the dice for the start of the second half from interim Bristol Rovers boss Dave Horseman.

Joel Senior and Promise Omochere are off the bench with Taylor Moore and Scott Sinclair making way.

    Can they make a difference?

  13. CLOSE!published at 13:42 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Barrow 2-0 Fleetwood

Barrow's Connor Mahoney finds himself weaving through the space in the penalty area and gets a threatening shot off.

It's got the pace and the crowd are ready to celebrate when the net ripples but the trajectory is slightly off and it's the side netting that's making waves.

  14. Postpublished at 13:41 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Doncaster 1-0 Tranmere

Three chances in a row for the visitors.

It's Kristian Dennis who manages to get three shots away in quick succession inside the box.

The first is saved by Teddy Sharman-Lowe, the second is blocked, and he puts the third over the bar.

Good statement of intent from Tranmere at the start of this half.

  15. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 13:40 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Lincoln 1-0 Reading

The Imps go close to a second goal as Ben House strikes the post after excellent play from Jovon Makama.

  16. Postpublished at 13:40 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Barrow 2-0 Fleetwood

Fleetwood's Danny Mayor has come out with the net in his sights.

His opening effort is blocked by a Barrow defender but his dangerous curling cross that comes moments later sees no such interception.

It sails slightly above his teammates head but Barrow keeper Paul Farman is furious to catch his side sleeping nonetheless.

  17. Postpublished at 13:36 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Lincoln 1-0 Reading

No changes at the break from either side.

Michael Skubala is probably happy with what his Lincoln team produced, Noel Hunt needs a reaction from his Reading players.

Plus, he had to make a change before the interval when experienced defender Harlee Dean was thrown on for Mamadi Camara after Louie Holzman's red card.

  18. SECOND HALFpublished at 13:33 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Here we go again.

Will we see any changes to this afternoon's current winners?

  19. Last night's actionpublished at 13:29 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    #bbcefl

It's half-time in the four early kick-offs, so let's take a chance to remind ourselves of the action from Friday night.

League One leaders Wycombe were held to a goalless draw by Bolton, Huddersfield's fine run continued with a thumping 4-0 win at Cambridge while fellow top-six side Stockport maintained their momentum with a 2-1 success over Peterborough.

In League Two, Crewe missed the chance to go second as they played out a goalless draw at home to Colchester, while Gillingham and Cheltenham shared four goals in Kent.

  20. 'Rovers are not threatening Wrexham'published at 13:26 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Bristol Rovers 0-1 Wrexham

    Lee Mansell
Former Bristol Rovers midfielder on BBC Radio Bristol

If you aren't comfortable on the ball you are just not going to create chances. Rovers are not threatening the Wrexham goal at all.

The effort and athleticism have been there defensively for Rovers, but don't look like they are going to score. This is what we have been seeing for the last six to eight weeks now.
