The visitors have still not really settled and they need Joel Pereira to get behind Lewis Montsma's free-kick as Lincoln go in search of a second.

Remember, the Imps have not won in League One since 29 October.

    Doncaster 0-0 Tranmere

No goals but it has been a lively contest so far.

Tranmere midfielder Chris Merrie has a shot blocked before Kristian Dennis hit one over the bar from a Connor Jennings low cross.

Doncaster then look to create at the other end Owen Bailey's effort sails over.

  3. Postpublished at 12:52 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Barrow 2-0 Fleetwood

It says something for Barrow's dominance that when Cods keeper David Harrington's clearance goes high and looping into an area occupied only by a white shirt, you're almost expecting a third goal.

It doesn't quite work out that way though as defender James Bolton holds strong to see the ball go out for a corner and this time the home side can't do anything with it.

  4. 'A simple finish in the end'published at 12:50 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Bristol Rovers 0-1 Wrexham

    Ed Hadwin
    Commentator on BBC Radio Bristol

A glorious ball through and even though Josh Griffiths came out to close the angle he always looked second best.

As soon as Matty James got on the ball he was able to play the pass that was needed and a simple finish in the end.

  5. goal

GOAL: Bristol Rovers 0-1 Wrexhampublished at 12:48 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Elliot Lee (18 mins)

    Breakthrough for Wrexham.

Elliot Lee comes up with so many useful goals for Phil Parkinson's men and here's another one.

There is a real simplicity about this that makes it all the better as Matty James' pass splits the defence and Lee, like any good finisher, takes it first time and rolls it past Josh Griffiths.

    Doncaster 0-0 Tranmere

Both sides are creating chances here.

First Jay McGrath tries one from outside of the box but Luke McGee is equal to it.

Then Tranmere's Sam Finley curls a free-kick into the box but Doncaster stopper Teddy Sharman-Lowe is there to collect.

    Bristol Rovers 0-0 Wrexham

It cannot be overstated just how windy it is at the Memorial Stadium.

No matter how good the players are, football is a difficult game in very windy conditions.

  8. 'Neither side is able to get a foothold of the game'published at 12:43 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Bristol Rovers 0-0 Wrexham

    Ed Hadwin
    Commentator on BBC Radio Bristol

At the moment neither side is able to get a foothold of the game, nobody has even been able to string 10 passes together.

It is obvious that the weather is having an effect on the game in the early stages.

  9. goal

GOAL: Barrow 2-0 Fleetwoodpublished at 12:40 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Theo Vassell (10 mins)

It's not often that centre-backs are a squads top scorer but in Barrow's case, Theo Vassell is that exception.

Cods' Ryan Broom gets a touch to deflect Dean Campbell's shot from the centre of the box but the keeper isn't able to collect it, leaving the ball to roll free and Vassell is the first to react.

He races for the first touch and practically walks it into the goal to net his fourth of the League Two season.

  10. goal

GOAL: Lincoln 1-0 Readingpublished at 12:39 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Bailey-Tye Cadamarteri (8 mins)

Lincoln's fine start is rewarded with a goal as on-loan Sheffield Wednesday man Bailey-Tye Cadamarteri gets it.

Sean Roughan sends in a cross, Joel Pereira makes a fine save from the initial header but Cadamarteri is in the right place to volley in the rebound from six yards.

That's an eighth goal of the season for the 19-year-old.

  11. GREAT SAVE!published at 12:39 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Lincoln 0-0 Reading

Early stages in the cathedral city and visiting goalkeeper Joel Pereira is already forced into action.

The former Manchester United makes a good save to keep out Sean Roughan's long-range shot.

  12. Postpublished at 12:38 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Doncaster 0-0 Tranmere

A lively start to this one with both keepers being called into action early on

Tranmere's Connor Wood sends in a dangerous cross which Doncaster stopper Teddy Sharman-Lowe has to palm behind.

And shortly after that the man in the opposite net, Luke McGee, does well to deny Owen Bailey from the edge of the box.

  13. Postpublished at 12:37 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Bristol Rovers 0-0 Wrexham

Interim boss Dave Horseman has gone for experience in his Bristol Rovers line-up to try to get a result.

Forward Chris Martin and winger Scott Sinclair are back in the team as they try to arrest their slide.

  14. goal

GOAL: Barrow 1-0 Fleetwoodpublished at 12:34 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Emile Acquah (4 mins)

Too early to say it was coming?

Barrow have been all over the visitors from the moment the whistle blew and when Ben Jackson's effort at goal doesn't go in, they try again.

They earn themselves a corner and Emile Acquah is there to head it home.

Blustery start. Fleetwood must be feeling somewhat shell shocked.

Think of all the best Christmas films, It's a Wonderful Life, Die Hard, Home Alone - there is always a happy ending.

For League One's Hollywood side, Wrexham, that would see them sitting top of the table on Christmas Day.

To do that, Phil Parkinson's men need to win by a few goals at Bristol Rovers to leapfrog Wycombe and hope Birmingham fail to win at Crawley on Monday night.

Rovers are in a mess after boss Matt Taylor was sacked. Dave Horseman is in interim charge of a side lying in 20th who have lost their last three without scoring a goal.

Horseman will hope that the visit of high-flying Wrexham can inspire something from his wounded players.

  17. Take three for Hunt and Royalspublished at 12:26 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Lincoln v Reading (12:30 GMT)

    Noel HuntImage source, Rex Features

Every match is an opportunity and that is definitely the case for Noel Hunt and Reading.

The Irishman takes charge of the Royals for the third time as they head up to Lincoln. There was a promising draw at leaders Wycombe followed by a dispiriting 3-0 loss at home to Blackpool.

Despite that, Reading remain in sixth after the fine work done by Ruben Selles before he upped sticks for Hull.

Yet they would be leapfrogged by Lincoln if the Imps come away with three points. However, they last tasted that feeling at the end of October, a run of four draws and three losses.

  18. It’s the battle of the Roverspublished at 12:24 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Doncaster v Tranmere (12:30 GMT)

    Grant McCannImage source, Rex Features

Doncaster will be looking to get back on track after falling to their first defeat in seven league games at AFC Wimbledon last Saturday which subsequently saw them drop out the top three.

After winning 12 of their 13 home league games between February and October, they have since failed to win any of their past five fixtures at the Eco-Power Stadium (D4 L1).

Grant McCann’s side do have a good recent record against today’s opponents, though, with them having won seven of their past eight league games against Tranmere (L1).

Tranmere go into this after picking up a vital three points against Harrogate last time out which was just their first win in five league games.

Nigel Adkins’ side have won just two of their 36 away Football League games against Doncaster (D12 L22), failing to score in four of their past five such matches.

They'll be hoping their top scorer and the man who got the winner last week, Omari Patrick, can make the difference again today.

Today marks the first ever EFL meeting between Barrow and Fleetwood but it's not the first time the two have crossed paths.

They've met three times in the EFL Cup, with the Cods coming out unscathed each time (W2 D1).

Can Barrow turn history on its head and balance the league head-to-head scales in their favour?

Both teams are level on points on the lower end of the League Two table and despite being on winless runs, neither side will feel like this match isn't in their hands.

Fleetwood will be feeling emboldened by their second half comeback to avoid defeat to Accrington Stanley on Monday, while Bluebirds boss Stephen Clemence says he expects his side to improve upon the return of some key players.

A win would certainly feel Christmas come early - can either side pull one off?
