Brighton are up to second, for now, and just three points behind leaders Manchester City.

Their remarkable run continues with a clinical win over Leicester. The scoreline doesn't do their dominance justice.

We've now played 100 minutes and Brighton go up the pitch and win a corner. Surely that's it?

Ashleigh Neville, who is on a yellow card, flings Anouk Denton to the floor after she is stopped from taking the ball into the corner.

She gets away without another booking and has a wry smile.

Leicester appeal for a penalty. Saori Takarada's shot is blocked by the boot of a defender and the ball bounces up onto her hand.

It would have been very, very harsh and the referee, rightly in my opinion, waves play on.

Into the 98th minute and still we go on. Missy Goodwin can't get to a low cross and Brighton just about clear.

On the balance of play Tottenham have been the better side but that is a gutting way for West Ham to fall behind.

There isn't much time left for them to rescue a draw.

It's all over. Manchester City are going three points clear at the top of the table...for now.

One final chance. Chloe Kelly goes close for Manchester City, cutting inside and smashing one towards the top left corner, but Shae Yanez pulls off a properly good save to tip it over.

We're going to have added on time to the added on time. Play stops for two minutes as Leicester's Saori Takarada recovers from an awkward landing.

Only four added on at Crystal Palace. No chance of any late drama, City have this one wrapped up.

Suddenly the switch flicks, and Brighton sit back with Leicester throwing bodies forward.

Sophie Howard fires a ball into the box which is too pacey for any of her team-mates but nearly catches out keeper Sophie Baggaley who watches it skid off the surface and bounce narrowly wide.

Eight minutes added on.

Plenty of time for a last-gasp winner...

Emma Harries' shot is blocked and it falls into the path of Anouk Denton whose strike from the edge of the area is just wide.

Seven, yep seven, minutes added on at Brighton.

Leicester aren't out of this one yet.

Jessica Naz's cross into the box is cleared behind by Amber Tysiak.

It's a free header for Luana Buhler who rose highest in acres of space but it's an easy catch for Kinga Szemik in the end.

Riko Ueki hooks an effort towards goal and it looks to be sailing over but Rebecca Spencer can't be too sure so she pushes it over the bar.

Spencer tries to catch the ball but drops it and it goes out for another West Ham corner which is cleared after great defending from Olga Ahtinen.

Hang on, what's this? The referee stops play to issue a yellow card to Brighton boss Dario Vidosic.

Frustrations are showing.

Viviane Asseyi takes a West Ham free-kick.

Shelina Zadorsky gets her head to it but it is caught by Kinga Szemik.

Asseyi then gets a yellow card for fouling Jessica Naz and that is her last action of the match as she is replaced by Emma Harries.

I almost thought that was the moment.

The space finally opens up for Leicester as substitute Hannah Cain charges through the right channel, unleashing a fierce strike, but it's straight at Brighton keeper Sophie Baggaley.

Was that their moment? The visitors can at least boast a shot on target now.
