England manager Sarina Wiegman on proper England: "Proper England is who we are and what we want to show. Of course it has something to do with our tactics and how we want to play but also our behaviours. How we want to support each other and work really hard and play to our strengths.

"When we do all of that I think our chances of winning are at their highest."

Lucy Bronze adds: "What we meant by that is that we are a lot of younger players, new players, who have very different experiences playing for England compared to myself where we knew that England had to dig deep all the time. Whereas this England team has developed, a very talented team and a lot of technical ability. But we are proper England and if push comes to shove, we can win a game any means possible."

It's a packed England press conference ahead of the Sweden quarter-final and media outlets are limited to one question each.

Among the serious questions about facing Sweden, we've had one about Love Island, probably due to the fact Alessio Russo's brother Giorgio has been part of this series.

Sarina Wiegman and Lucy Bronze were asked which players in the squad would do well in the villa.

Wiegman admitted she had "no idea what you're talking about" and Bronze said "not me".

"Hopefully she is on the other side to me. She is a pacey player and done really well. I think if we stick our jobs and roles, then we will be able to have a good game."
