Harvey Macadam's 96th-minute goal earned basement boys Morecambe just their second League Two win of the season at Harrogate.
The Shrimps substitute slotted home from Gwion Edwards' pass to hand Derek Adams' strugglers a 2-1 success on the road.
The first half of Saturday’s contest was almost completely devoid of quality or creativity, with the only moment of any note arriving in the 37th minute when Rhys Williams beat Town goalkeeper James Belshaw to Ben Tollitt’s inviting left-wing corner and nodded the visitors ahead.
Jack Muldoon fired into the side-netting early in the second period as Harrogate pushed for a leveller, with Ellis Taylor and Matty Foulds thwarted by decent saves before substitute James Daly missed an open goal.
But Daly would make amends in the 86th minute, drilling the hosts' equaliser through Harry Burgoyne's legs.
The Sulphurites looked as if they might go on and grab a winner – only to somehow lose the game deep in stoppage time when Anthony O'Connor’s awful clearance was pounced upon by Edwards, who then let Macadam do the rest.
