Goodwin wants to 'finish busy week on a positive note'published at 14:47 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2024
Hibernian v Dundee United (15:00)
Dundee United manager Jim Goodwin tells Sportsound: "We're trying to build up minutes for Ryan Strain. [Kristijan] Trapanvoski isn't long back from a hamstring strain so three games in a week would be a demand for him.
"[Hibs] are a team with real quality, with [Martin] Boyle and [Joe] Newell and [Nectarios] Triantis. They've got players in areas that could hurt us.
"We're delighted with the start. I'm not taking too much notice of the league table. This week has been a real stretch for the squad. Given the injuries we've got, it's been a big ask.
"It'd be great to finish the week on a positive note."
