I think we've all earned a break after that.

We've had Birmingham confirmed as League One champions today while Port Vale are timing their run perfectly in League Two.

There is still so much more to be decided.

You can catch up with all of today's action here.

We are back tomorrow with coverage of the Vertu Trophy final as Birmingham go for the double against Peterborough.

That is followed by the small matter of Salford against Doncaster on Tuesday and Bradford's meeting with Notts County on Thursday in the League Two promotion race.

    Until then, enjoy the sunshine...

  2. But Bristol Rovers are the biggest loserspublished at 17:28 British Summer Time 12 April

    Bottom of League One

Bristol Rovers attempted to mount a second-half comeback against Exeter City but it was too little, too late.

They lost 2-1 while Burton Albion rose to a 3-0 victory over play-off chasing Huddersfield to see the Gas fall into the bottom four.

It also means Shrewsbury live to fight another day after clawing back a 1-0 deficit to pick up a point against Lincoln City.

Meanwhile, Wigan's point sees them move above Mansfield Town on goal difference.

  3. Blues, Wycombe and Orient the biggest winnerspublished at 17:26 British Summer Time 12 April

    Top of League One

Earlier in the day, we saw Birmingham crowned champions and Wycombe climb to within one point of the automatic promotion spot after Wrexham's stalemate against Wigan Athletic.

And now, let's take another look, shall we?

Stockport and Charlton both win to keep the pressure on Wrexham and Wycombe.

Meanwhile, Reading's goalless encounter with Northampton Town was enough to see them stay in the last play-off position.

But hot on their heels is Leyton Orient, who overtake Bolton Wanderers and Huddersfield to rise just three points beneath the line.

Both the Terriers and Bolton will be disappointed, having both suffered a second successive loss to find themselves with work to do to get up into the top six.

  4. Vale flying highpublished at 17:24 British Summer Time 12 April

    Top of League Two

The top of the table looks good for Port Vale this evening following their 5-0 thumping of Bromley.

Darren Moore's side now hold a three-point lead over Bradford and a five-point buffer over the play-off spots.

Who else could win automatic promotion is anyone's guess with Walsall now 10 games without a win following their defeat at Barrow.

And the race for a play-off place is still one heck of a bun fight.

  5. Carlisle the day's big winnerspublished at 17:19 British Summer Time 12 April

Carlisle were the day's big winners at the bottom with their victory at Morecambe and Accrington's surrendering of a 3-0 lead in their draw with Tranmere giving the Cumbrians renewed hope.

On the quiet, Harrogate scored two late goals to draw 2-2 with Grimsby and all but secure their EFL status.

Easter Monday's game between Accrington Stanley and Carlisle United suddenly became even bigger.

  6. League Two full-time round-uppublished at 17:17 British Summer Time 12 April

Leaders at the start of the day Bradford slipped up away at Swindon. Having led 4-3 going into the last minute, Graham Alexander's side left the County Ground with nothing after conceding two late goals.

Fellow promotion hopefuls Doncaster and Wimbledon drew 1-1 in the other lunchtime kick-off.

Walsall slip to defeat at Barrow, 2-0 the hosts triumph at Holker Street.

Grimsby were cruising against Harrogate, but concede twice late and that one ends in a draw, 2-2.

Colchester and Chesterfield take advantage to move closer to the play-offs. The former win 2-0 at Newport, while the Spireites put three past Fleetwood.

A last-minute Bradley Dack winner gives Gareth Ainsworth his first win as Gillingham boss at home to MK Dons.

  7. League One full-time round-uppublished at 17:14 British Summer Time 12 April

Stockport keep up their faint hopes of sneaking the second automatic play-off spot behind champions Birmingham, coming from behind to beat Rotherham 3-1.

Charlton strengthen their play-off position with a 1-0 away at second-bottom Cambridge.

Speaking of the bottom of the table, Burton move out of the relegation zone with a 3-0 win over Huddersfield.

They replace Bristol Rovers, who slip to a 2-1 defeat at home by Exeter.

Crawley also remain deep in trouble, as Leyton Orient come from behind to win 3-1 in Sussex.

Bolton's play-off hopes suffer a setback with a 3-1 defeat away at Barnsley.

Earlier in the day, Wycombe grabbed a late winner against Stevenage to move within a point of Wrexham in second.

The Welsh side were held at Wigan, a result that crowned Birmingham City as champions.

Sometimes you just wonder if the stars are aligning.

With Tranmere equalizing late on against Accrington Stanley, it puts Carlisle in a much better position.

  10. FULL-TIMEpublished at 17:08 British Summer Time 12 April

    Accrington 3-3 Tranmere

Wow. A massive game brings huge drama in the dying seconds.

Accrington were 3-0 up and cruising away from danger, but three late goals from Rovers, including an equaliser in the ELEVENTH minute of injury time sees this one end all-square.

Carlisle's win at Morecambe just got even bigger...

What a day at the foot of the EFL.

  12. Shrewsbury delay relegationpublished at 17:01 British Summer Time 12 April

    FT: Lincoln 1-1 Shrewsbury

The final whistle has gone at the Memorial Stadium after more than 10 minutes of injury time, and Bristol Rovers' home defeat by Exeter City means that Shrewsbury live to fight another day.

Their prospects remain bleak though - they are 12 points behind both Burton Albion and Rovers either side of the dotted line with four games left, and an inferior goal difference to both.

Port Vale totally deserve it today, they have absolutely dominated.

I can't remember the last time we saw a five-goal swing in a game here.

Even if Bromley do score, it will only be a consolation.
