Tamworth's Dan Creaney struck in stoppage time to earn the FA Cup heroes a 1-1 draw and prevent Forest Green from going top of the National League.

Creaney headed in a trademark long throw from Tom Tonks at the back post in the second minute of time added-on.

That snatched Tamworth a point, but leaves Rovers in third place, two points behind leaders Barnet and one below York City.

Rovers had come under early pressure, when Jed Ward saved a good curling effort from Chris Wreh, but then took the lead seven minutes before half-time.

Kyle McAllister made space for himself before hitting a fierce shot which struck the underside of the crossbar on its way in.

Liam Sercombe had an effort cleared just short of the line in the 63rd minute before Tamworth delivered their latest bit of late drama.
