It's been a busy Tuesday here as Manchester United announced their plans to build a new £2bn 100,000-seater stadium close to Old Trafford.
- We took a look at the first images of the proposed stadium and surrounding areas.
- Co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe said he wants to build the "world's greatest football stadium"
- Club hope to finish the development in five years
- What did Manchester United Supporters Trust say about the stadium plans?
Earlier in the day, we also looked at Ratcliffe's wide-ranging interview with BBC Sport, where he talked about:
- Some United players being "not good enough" and "overpaid"
- Making United the most profitable club in the world in three years
- Extending Erik ten Hag's contract and then firing him and sacking of Dan Ashworth being errors
- The need to introduce cost-cutting measure or the club could've gone bust by Christmas
If you thought it was an early day for us, you'd be wrong!
