'I've got to keep digging in, anything can happen'

Wales and Chelsea midfielder Sophie Ingle says her recovery is on track as she seeks to be fit in time for Euro 2025 this summer.

Ingle damaged her anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) during Chelsea's pre-season win over Feyenoord on 7 September.

That ruled the 33-year-old out of the culmination of Wales' Euro qualifying campaign as they reached their first major championship.

But the former captain remains optimistic she can add to her 141 caps in Switzerland.
