Euro 2028 ‘the carrot’ for current Wales Under-17s

Head coach Craig Knight says he is excited by the prospect of some of Wales’ current Under-17s squad going on to play at Euro 2028.

Wales have qualified for a second successive Uefa European Under-17 Championship finals and face Denmark in their opening game in Cyprus on 20 May.

In two years’ time Wales will host the Uefa European Under-19 Championship while the senior Euro 2028 will be held in UK and Ireland.
