    Esteban Ocon is three seconds clear of the Red Bull of championship leader Max Verstappen, who started his Brazilian race way down in P17 after his five-place grid penalty. Pierre Gasly is also keeping George Russell at arm's length in the fight for the final podium place.

    There was only a short yellow flag, as Oliver Bearman managed to get himself going after that spin. The Briton is in last place now, which is actually P16 because of the four cars we've lost.

    Esteban Ocon is having an absolute blinder here, and Hamilton - has he suddenly come alive in this having really struggling with bouncing in his Mercedes and locking up.

    The visibility is so poor that Lewis Hamilton cannot see Yuki Tsunoda just in front. Esteban Ocon has clear road in front of him and is staying ahead of the Red Bull of Max Verstappen.

    Big error from Lando Norris, he worked so hard to pass George Russell for 30 laps with a load of rain, and now in three corners he's lost it again.

    Lewis Hamilton knows how to win at Interlagos but his fight today is just to make it into the points. The seven-time world champion passes fellow multiple champ Fernando Alonso and is now in ninth place.

    Yuki Tsunoda is down in eighth, behind the McLaren of Oscar Pasitri.

    Oliver Beearman went off the track at that restart in the Haas, but the front runners were off like a shot! Esteban Ocon leads Max Verstappen but Lando Norris goes wide. The McLaren rejoins the action and is now behind George Russell.
