France's Gwladys Nocera edged out English duo Melissa Reid and Felicity Johnson and South African Nicole Garcia to win the Lalla Meryem Cup in Morocco.
Nocera, 39, shot a closing one-under-par 70 to finish two shots clear on 13-under and claim her 14th Ladies European Tour title.
Reid (66), Johnson (67) and Garcia (70) tied for second on 11-under.
Johnson was left to rue dropped shots on the 16th and 18th as Nocera closed out victory.
England's 19-year-old Charley Hull, who beat Nocera in a play-off to claim her first Tour title at the same event a year ago, finished tied for eighth after a closing 66.
Nocera said: "I remember last year when Charley kept on getting birdies in the last round so I knew this morning that it could happen.
"But I wanted this tournament really bad. I've always said it and I'm really happy I did it."
