'It was a grind' - Lowry reflects on tough Open third round
Shane Lowry expresses his disappointment after posting a third-round six-over-par 77 which left him in ninth position on one under par going into Sunday's final 18 holes of The Open at Royal Troon.
Lowry had begun the day two shots clear on seven under and got off to a steady start, moving to eight under, but dropped seven shots in his last 11 holes, including a double bogey at the Postage Stamp eighth to drop down the leaderboard.
