Willie Mullins enters On His Own & Boston Bob in Down Royal chase

Ruby Walsh rode Boston Bob to victory in the Punchestown Gold Cup in April

Champion Irish trainer Willie Mullins will bring his top chasers On His Own and Boston Bob to Saturday's big race at the Northern Ireland Festival of Racing at Down Royal.

On His Own was beaten just a short head by Lord Windermere at the Cheltenham Gold Cup in March.

Boston Bob, meanwhile, won the Punchestown Gold Cup six weeks later.

Mullins's two horses are among eight declarations for the JNWine Champion Chase Grade One race at Down Royal.

Boston Bob's Punchestown win followed his victory in the Melling Chase at Aintree during the Grand National meeting.

Gigginstown House Stud have a strong hand in the Grade One feature.

The Paul Nicholls-trained Rocky Creek and Nicky Henderson's mare Ma Filleule are the two British challengers in the main event.

Gordon Elliott's Realt Mor and Liam Lennon's Cheltenham Festival winner Tammys Hill complete the entries.
