Emyr Owen Morris: Thierry Henry goal against Man Utd! Ball comes to him, flicks it up, hits it over his shoulder. Barthez could only watch it go in.

Tambuwal: Has to be Steven Gerrard v Olympiakos. "Ohhhhhhhh ya beauty, what a hit son, what a hit!"

Usain Bolt? Never heard of him. We'll mention that it's his birthday, though, being kind and generous like that.

The Jamaican sprinter is 29 today, and has already celebrated his big day by Periscoping (that's a live broadcasting app) from Beijing for the World Athletics Championships.

He was seen riding on a Segway in a rather messy bedroom with his mates. Classic 100m world title defence preparation.

As a colleague put it earlier on: "It's impossible to dislike Usain Bolt, isn't it?"
