    Watford are unlikely to be able to play new signing Victor Ibarbo on Saturday. The Colombian forward has a visa issue and is no longer in the country.

    Head coach Quique Flores said: "We don't know exactly the time it will be solved but maybe four or five days." 

    Ibarbo had trained with the club after joining on loan from Cagliari but has returned to Italy. "We've checked the situation because we don't want to make mistakes," Flores added.

    The 23-year-old is said to have limped out of training on Wednesday and will discover the full extent of the problem after more tests are conducted on Thursday.

    Four Premier League games in and Watford head coach Quique Flores is already answering questions about gaining a first win and scoring more goals.

    Ahead of the previous game versus Manchester City, the consensus was Watford had made a solid, organised start in their return to the top flight. Not many Hornets fans expected to claim points at the Etihad and a 2-0 defeat was no disgrace but such is football the goalposts seem to have moved. 

    With Swansea at Vicarage Road on Saturday, Watford supporters will be hoping for more of an attacking emphasis.

    Mark Pettini hit his second century in five Championship innings as Essex declared on a mammoth first innings score against Derbyshire.

    Pettini made an unbeaten 117 and James Foster struck a half-century before skipper Foster called a halt to the innings when he was out for 60.

    Watford head coach Quique Flores admits his team have been working on their attacking threat during the international break after failing to score in their last four games. 

    "The main problem is when we are in the last third and in the box," he said. "The situation can affect the morale of the players. We are trying to correct little things. We are trying to remove pressure and trying to transmit confidence."
