    The midfielder, 20, missed the original tie at the League Two side and Saturday's draw with Leicester because of tonsillitis but is back training.

    Midfielder Carlos Sanchez has recovered from a hamstring injury, while Gabby Agbonlahor (back) will be assessed.

    Villa boss Remi Garde said: "Carlos is a maybe and Jack is back training. Now it's about competition."

    MK Dons are set to make five changes for the visit of Northampton as the sides play for the right to host Chelsea in the FA Cup fourth round.

    The winners are guaranteed a live game on BBC One but Karl Robinson will rotate his squad.

    Northampton will restore captain Marc Richards and Ricky Holmes - who scored twice in the 2-2 draw at Sixfields - to the starting line-up.

    Both were rested at Dagenham on Saturday. James Collins is cup-tied.

    Hollands broke his leg in the 2-2 draw at Portman Road and faces two months out.

    Ipswich boss Mick McCarthy says he will pick a young team as Luke Chambers (calf), Christophe Berra (shoulder) and Cole Skuse (hamstring) are all out.

    Bristol City have signed Derby County’s Alex Pearce and QPR’s Ben Gladwin on loan deals until the end of the season.

    Neither are eligible for tonight’s FA Cup third round replay against West Bromwich Albion.

    Defender Pearce, 27, is targeting regular game time in a bid to make Republic of Ireland’s Euro 2016 squad while midfielder Gladwin, 23, has made just four appearances for QPR since arriving from Swindon last summer.

    "When I spoke to Alex, it's clear how desperate he is to get into the Ireland team for the Euros - if he does that then it means he will have played well for us," said Bristol City’s interim coach John Pemberton.

    Michel Platini will be paid his salary by Uefa "until further notice" despite having been banned from football-related activity for eight years.

    The confirmation comes after it was revealed that outgoing Fifa president Sepp Blatter, who has also been banned, will receive his salary from world footbal''s governing body until the election of his successor on 26 February.

    A Uefa statement said: "Mr Platini is receiving a salary from Uefa, and will continue to do so until further notice. Individual salaries are of a confidential nature and therefore are not disclosed."
