New Notts County boss Jamie Fullarton has a similar approach to the club's greatest-ever manager Jimmy Sirrel, according to former striker Les Bradd.
Sirrel led the club to three promotions and Bradd told BBC Radio Nottingham: "Jimmy taught all the players he had in the group what was required. You weren't on the pitch to play football; you were going out there to do a job and in each role you had a job to do.
"I think Jamie is preaching that from what I hear from one or two of the players.

"If you start thinking about it too much it's going to affect you, it's as simple as that.
"We'll just continue to do exactly the same thing we've done all season."

Derby sack head coach Clement
Derby County chairman Mel Morris has been speaking to BBC East Midlands Today about the Championship club's decision to sack head coach Paul Clement on Monday.
The Rams are fifth in the table, five points behind leaders Hull City.
Morris said: "When Paul was hired we spelt out the plan. That was to take the squad that we have had for two seasons, who had almost got us there, to add depth and strength to it and then to look at player improvement and team improvement.
"We just haven't made enough progress - it's as simple as that.
"It (winning promotion to the Premier League) was never really a target this season. I said that in the fans' forum, reiterated it again in November. Paul was told on day one that was not the target."

Two tennis officials have been banned for corruption offences and four more are currently suspended, it has been revealed.
Kirill Parfenov of Kazakhstan was banned for life in February 2015, after making contact with another official on social media in a bid to manipulate match scoring.
Denis Pitner of Croatia was suspended for a year last August after passing on fitness details of a player to a coach and accessing a betting account from which tennis bets were placed.
The story, which was revealed by the Guardian, follows BBC and BuzzFeed allegations about match-fixing at the top level of the sport that overshadowed the start of the Australian Open last month.
