We live in a world where England are now good at one-day cricket. Seriously good.

The World Cup was last year, but hey ho...

It's the third ODI in South Africa today - starting at 11.30 GMT (live coverage right here on the BBC Sport website, obviously) - with England leading the series 2-0.

One more win and the trophy's in the bag.

"We said this would be our hardest challenge in the last year and it has been, but brilliant performances have led us to where we are," said England bowler Reece Topley.
