Slaven Bilic news conferencepublished at 10:18 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2016

Chelsea v West Ham (Saturday, 15:00 GMT)

Some more quotes from Hammers boss Slaven Bilic, who says: "We are totally focused on the possibility of three points the day after tomorrow, then it's one less game to go.

"Injury wise we were in a bad position in November and December, but it was an important period for us to gain confidence and character.

"We weren't losing those games and we showed a stubborn side. Perhaps that is the reason we are playing well now."

Chelsea v West Ham (Saturday, 15:00 GMT)

West Ham boss Slaven Bilic faces the media as his side aim to continue their push for a Champions League place with an away game on Saturday at last season's champions Chelsea.

"The team news is good," says Bilic. "We have James Tomkins and James Collins out, but they will be back after the Chelsea game.

"All the rest are good, so we have a big squad now. That makes us even more confident.

"We're taking it game by game and so far that thinking has put us in a very good situation."

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp says his players have to focus in tonight's Europa League last-16 second leg to avoid wasting their hard work in building a 2-0 aggregate lead at Anfield last week.

“We are in a very good position but we are not through but if the first game is not important, why play it?" Klopp told BBC 5 live.

"We won it 2-0 and it was nearly a perfect result but it doesn’t mean that we can go there and make holiday in Old Trafford and looking for the sun or something.”

"It is the modern times. Everyone has to have an opinion. Everyone seems to know better than you and that is disappointing. In a football match there is often a winner and a loser and people are led to criticise and focus on the team beaten," he said.

"A few short-term results should not be allowed to overshadow the work that has been done through the years."

"Whoever we are drawn against in the FA Cup semi-finals will be in good form and have a winning formula. It will be a big day at Wembley, a reward for our fans, and it will be good to see if we can produce our best in a foreign environment."

"We are going into the final 10 games of the seasons, we are in the FA Cup semi-finals, it has been a long season," he said.

"But if you look at the numbers John - at the age of 21 - has played 75% of the minutes in the Premier League. He is young man who is developing all the time. He has been out of the last couple of games with an injury, but he is a vital part of our plans."
