    Steve Rogers, aka the Marvel Comics character Captain America, is also a five-year-old gelding trained by Roger Varian.

    Sale and former Scotland international scrum-half Chris Cusiter has retired with immediate effect. The 33-year-old won 70 test caps for Scotland between 2004-2014, and also made six appearances for the British and Irish Lions in 2005.

    "This is the right time to hang up my boots and move onto the next challenge," he said.

    Carpenter Leigh Herbert is £20,000 richer after placing a bet on Leicester to win the title at odds of 5,000-1.

    He had the £5 wager last summer and wants to hug manager Claudio Ranieri. The 39-year cashed out part of his bet for £5,600 and has collected another £15,000.

    Herbert, who is engaged to girlfriend Kerry, told BBC World Service: “Ranieri’s got me my house, I think.”
