    The Daily Telegraph gives its backpage over to Marcus Willis. The British qualifier lost in straight sets to Roger Federer on centre court but, as the paper puts it, "won the hearts of the nation".

    It's back to reality for Willis today as he returns to action in a Coventry League match. As yet there are no plans to televise that one...

    Well, for eight British teams the season starts today with the Europa League first qualifying round.

    Aberdeen, Hearts and Cliftonville are among the 88 teams whose bid to face perennial Europa League winners Sevilla in Stockholm on 24 May 2017 begins in a few hours.
