    Former Liverpool midfielder Jamie Redknapp says Jordon Ibe has greater natural ability than Raheem Sterling and the winger's value could double in the next two years.

    Bournemouth completed a club-record £15m deal for Ibe on Thursday, with the 20-year-old signing a four-year deal.

    "I think it's a great piece of business for Bournemouth," Redknapp told the Bournemouth Echo., external "Anything Raheem Sterling struggles with, Jordon Ibe can do. I would hate to play against him with his pace and power."

    His last game in charge was the 3-1 defeat by Wales in the Euro 2016 quarter finals.

    A statement read: "The [Belgian FA's] Technical Commission have made an evaluation of Euro 2016 and have declared that the intended goals have not been reached. There is a common sense that the team needs a new impulse to lead this group towards a top result at a major tournament."

    1. Allow substitutions to take place without stopping the game
    2. If a player goes off for treatment, their opponents must also lose a player
    3. Fouls can be awarded even when the ball is dead (eg before corners)
    4. Final and half-time whistles only blown when ball goes out of play (as in rugby)
    5. 10 min sin-bin for yellow cards (as in rugby)
