A quite frankly bizarre front page from Chile newspaper Las Ultimas Noticias, who focus on Arsenal and Chile forward Alexis Sanchez, who spoke in English in his post-match interview after scoring twice in Arsenal's 3-1 win over Bournemouth.

The paper also says that Sanchez stayed at home with his dogs after the match. Rock and roll.

Sporting acts of petulance / What have you done to win?

After Lewis Hamilton disobeyed team orders in an attempt to win the Formula 1 world championship and Jose Mourinho booted a water bottle in frustration, we are asking for your acts of sporting petulance.

David Ray: Rafa Benitez has struggled with defeat, I didn't think he knew how to be annoyed.

Richard Surman: Anyone can take an honest defeat, but then out of 8 Mercedes engines only one had problems.

John McEnerney: Do "whatever it takes" like Telfer & McGeechan told the 97 Lions. Of course within the laws of the game, fair play the only way.

The front page of Turkish newspaper Fotomac links Fenerbahce with a move for Manchester City midfielder Jesus Navas, who has only started three Premier League games for City this season.

However, the paper adds that the club is worried that Navas, 31, will be out of their price range, so could opt to make Jeremain Lens a permanent Fenerbahce player instead.

Winger Lens, 29, is currently on loan at the Turkish side from Sunderland.

Jones calls for 'foul play' rule changepublished at 09:56 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2016

England head coach Eddie Jones has called for a change in the way foul play is refereed in rugby union.

Wing Elliot Daly was sent off in the 27-14 win against Argentina on Saturday for a tackle on number eight Leonardo Senatore who landed on his neck.

Argentine wing Juan-Pablo Estelles escaped sanction for a similar offence on Jonny May because the England and Gloucester man landed on his side.

"I argue against [it being judged on] the outcome," Jones said. "I think it should be based on the action."

If only it had been changed before Saturday, England may have had a much less frantic afternoon...

The autumn Tests on Saturday saw 14-man England overcome Argentina 27-14 in a drama-filled encounter at Twickenham, while Ireland pulled off a historic win over Australia in Dublin.

Wales and Scotland, meanwhile, finished their series with victories over Georgia and South Africa respectively.

Lewis Hamilton won his first world title with McLaren in 2008

Regardless of the legitimacy of Lewis Hamilton's tactics yesterday, the safe money is on him coming back with a vengeance to regain his title in 2017.

But who will he be driving for? Mercedes? Or perhaps a return to old team McLaren?

Well, it's almost certain to be the former, but new McLaren team boss Zak Brown has left the door open for the three-time world champion to resign with the team with which he started his career.

Were Hamilton's Abu Dhabi tactics fair?published at 09:40 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2016

    Andrew Benson
    Chief F1 writer

Lewis Hamilton was never going to go down without a fight in his world title duel with Nico Rosberg.

He had two choices going into the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix: drive off into the distance and emphasise a point about being the fastest driver in the world, who had only lost the title because of an uneven spread of reliability problems at Mercedes; or try to engineer the result.

He is a fighter, a racer and a man who has an unshakeable belief in his own position as the fastest driver in the world - and certainly faster than Rosberg.

So he chose the second option.

Did Rosberg deserve his title?published at 09:34 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2016

    Formula 1

While Nico Rosberg celebrates his first world title victory, the rest of us are left to debate whether he is a deserving champion.

Few argue the point that Lewis Hamilton is the faster driver. Does that mean he deserved to win the 2016 title, and was scuppered only by mechanical reliability problems?

    Formula 1

As you are probably aware, yesterday was a massive day in the world of Formula 1.

And while Lewis Hamilton's tactics in unsuccessfully attempting to avoid his deposition as world champion are up for debate, what isn't is the outcome.

And boy is Nico Rosberg enjoying it...

Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko has failed to live up to expectations following his £30m move from Newcastle, says manager Mauricio Pochettino.

France international Sissoko, 27. did not even make the bench for Spurs' 2-1 defeat at Chelsea on Saturday.

"Football is not about money," said Pochettino.

"You need to show on the training ground you are better than another team-mate and you deserve to be involved."

Not the best thing to be reading over your bowl of cornflakes for poor Moussa...

Zaha, 24, would be eligible to feature in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations.

The tournament in Gabon, which starts on 14 January, could see Zaha miss up to six weeks of the season for Palace.
