    Arsene Wenger is even dominating the BBC Sport Gossip Column, with Wenger telling German TV station ZDF before that crushing 5-1 defeat at Bayern that he expects to make a decision about his future in March or April. 

    On the player front, Lucas Perez is prepared to leave Arsenal this summer in order to fulfil his dream of playing for Spain in the 2018 World Cup.

    Former Spurs boss Harry Redknapp described the performance as "terrible" and Pochettino admitted Tottenham were in a "bad period" with only two wins in their last six matches, after winning their previous seven in a row. 

    Star striker Harry Kane suffered a knee injury but is expected to be available, external for Sunday's FA Cup tie at Fulham, though he may be rested by Pochettino who says: "We need to refresh the team and we'll do that. Tottenham will play in Fulham on Sunday. It's not the name of the players, it's the club. 

    "We'll see, but we'll put out a team with aims to win and be ready again to compete."

    So Zlatan Ibrahimovic claimed the match ball as his hat-trick helped Manchester United to a 3-0 victory against Saint-Etienne in their Europa League last-32 first-leg tie at Old Trafford.

    The 35-year-old struck with a deflected free-kick after 15 minutes, tapped home from close range on 75 minutes and added a late penalty in the closing stages.

    Arsenal expert John Cross reveals in the Daily Mirror, external that club insiders had rated Wenger's chances of signing a new deal at 50-50 but Wednesday's 5-1 defeat at Bayern Munich has convinced him to leave. The Mirror says Arsenal have begun discreet enquiries about potential replacements and unless Wenger has a remarkable change of heart he will walk away when his £8m-a-year contract expires this summer.
