Nigeria win a dangerous free kick on the edge of the box and the Super Eagles have got the fans bouncing.
Ghana defender Daniel Amartey gets booked in the process.
However, Ademola Lookman’s free kick blocked by the wall and Ghana regroup.

The Watford centre-back sends Ghana keeper Jojo Wollacott the wrong way to send the home fans into a frenzy in Abuja.

The Super Eagles have with a great chance inside the box but the Ghana defence reacts quickly to thwart Ademola Lookman and Osimhen.
Remember that away goals do count in this tie, meaning Nigeria now need two goals against the Black Stars and hope they don’t concede another.

He's then hit by a water bottle thrown from the crowd.
He complains to the referee - and there are certainly a few water bottles beside the goal behind him.
Then the laser pen is trained on El Shenawy. Senegal forward Sadio Mane pleads with the crowd not to get involved.
Senegal's fans are certainly up for this. It's been a tightly-contested first 15 minutes on the pitch.

Tensions are running high already on the sidelines.
Algerian referee Mustapha Ghorbal has to come across to the dugouts to have words with Senegal boss Aliou Cisse and Egypt's Carlos Queiroz.
Queiroz was no stranger to quarrels with the officials during the Nations Cup. Someone in the crowd has a laser pen trained on the former Real Madrid coach, too.

It was a scrappy one, from a free-kick just outside the box on the left.
The ball goes to the back post and there's a weak clearing header at the back post which falls to Boulaye Dia.
The striker controls and stabs home from close range, and the stadium erupts.

This West African heavyweight match up was the only play-off game to end goalless on Friday, and more than bragging rights are up for grabs in the 'Jollof derby'.
Both sides had chances to win the game in Kumasi, with both goalkeepers pulling off good saves as the first leg ended in a 0-0 stalemate.
The Super Eagles thought they earned a penalty before the referee went to the VAR monitor and overturned his original decision.
With away goals rule in place, any score draw will send Ghana through to Qatar. Should there be another goalless draw in Abuja, the game will head to extra time and penalties if required.
Nigeria are bidding for a fourth successive World Cup appearance, while Ghana missed out on Russia 2018.

African champions Senegal must win against Egypt at the Abdoulaye Wade Stadium in Diamniadio to have a chance to qualify for the 2022 World Cup.
The Lions of Teranga head into the game seeking to overturn their deficit after falling to a slender 1-0 defeat when the sides went head-to-head in Cairo last Friday.
Liverpool star Mohamed Salah was at the heart of the action when his shot deflected in off Saliou Ciss in the opening four minutes, which was enough to separate the sides.
Only a 1-0 win for Sadio Mane and his Senegal team-mates would force extra-time and penalties, having won a shoot-out in the Nations Cup final against the Pharaohs at the Olembe Stadium in Yaounde last month.
Victory by a two-goal margin will see the West Africans safely though.
However, Senegal will feel confident of overturning their one-goal deficit as they return home in their new stadium

Pa Abdou Cisse, Youssouf Sabaly, Ismaila Sarr and Boulaye Dia all come into the starting line-up.
Egypt make two changes at the back, with Yasser Ibrahim and Rami Rabia coming into defence while Omar Marmoush comes in up front.
The injured Mohamed Abdelmonem, the suspended Mahmoud Hamdy and Mostafa Mohamed drop out.

With just five spots provided at Qatar 2022, some traditional heavyweights and big-name players will miss out on the tournament.
