If the Eagles are going to win the game it is going to come down to Fletcher Cox on the inside. Pressure off the edges doesn’t really affect Tom Brady that much because he steps up into the pocket. You need to be looking at Philadelphia’s (British born) Jay Ajayi and Alshon Jeffery because those are going to be the two lynchpins that really make some plays on the offensive side of the ball.

For New England, Trey Flowers their defensive end is a really good player and Stefan Gilmore their cornerback. Rob Gronkowski if he plays and Danny Amendola, these are guys who are going to have a real big influence on the game.

The Patriots are down to within striking distance of the end zone but that's the end of the first.

An excellent start I'm sure you'll agree.

HUGE first down to Danny Amendola! A great third down conversion from Tom Brady, that was a massive throw. Coverage = blown.

Not a great throw from TB, not often you can see that, maybe got tipped on its way and the Patriots are 3rd&7.

    Convert?

The strength of the Eagles is their offensive line and those guards created a crater for LeGarrette Blount to run through.

Philadelphia looked like they had got caught flat-footed, they were not ready for the pace that Tom Brady was operating at but as the game wears on they will be able to catch up on what the New England Patriots are doing and they will adjust.

Brady gets things started quickly because he wants to confuse you as a defense. The quicker he moves, the quicker you have to move. Then you can't analyse what they are doing when they line up.

4:17 left in the first quarter then. Both sides moved the ball very well in their opening drives. Offense on top?

Are the Pats going to score a first-quarter point? 3rd & 4 in the Red Zone. Remember the Eagles couldn't score from the same position and had to settle for three points.
