Couch to 5K works! Here's proof...
Just because you don't run doesn't mean you can't. If you can walk for half an hour, chances are that you can pick up the pace and give running or jogging a try.
BBC Get Inspired has teamed up with Public Health England's One You campaign to bring you the Couch to 5K Challenge, especially designed for people who have done little or no running.

He said: "What autism needs isn't a cure, quacks claiming gluten causes it, or jabs or whatever; what it needs is simply greater awareness."

Inspirational Marathon stories - Steven Oltay
Two years ago Steven, 22, weighed just seven stone, was sleeping rough and a substance dependent, but then his life was turned around when he found The Running Charity, external, who work with young homeless people, helping them get back on their feet by giving a focus, a social group and achievable personal goals.
Steven wants to repay the group by raising money for them running his first marathon and is targeting a time of four hours (race number 56206).
"I found a place where I was supported, pushed and given the tools to address the problems I faced. It's been a long journey for me but I am now housed, a healthy 12 and a half stone, no longer using any drugs and I'm now a qualified personal trainer.
"I was given the chance to turn my life around through running and fitness and without the help of The Running Charity I would not be where I am now. It's a charity with ambitions to help as many people as possible and I can't wait to help them more."

Sqn Ldr Jez Allinson from RAF Benson is running as a Star Wars stormtrooper. He could be seen running around the local parishes in his outfit in preparation for the race in the months leading up to today! Good luck Jez from all at RAF Benson and the Make-A-Wish Foundation!!
Some people just love punishment I guess. This gent has loved this experience so much and seemingly feels so fresh, he's banging out press ups in front of Buckingham Palace.
I have just identified this gent as Andrew Lilley.
London looks dazzling. What a setting to achieve something you can remember forever.
We absolutely love seeing the joy on the faces of people reaching The Mall. The sight, the finish line, it has to be right up there as a feeling with that moment you opened the best Christmas present ever as a kid.
