World records are special. That hurdles record stood for 28 years, and could stand for another 28 years. You want that on the top of your resume and she can say that she has it.

She was almost a hurdle ahead of a world-class field. It was flawless, I've never seen a race like that. I am so happy for her because it would have been a long difficult summer with her not going to Rio, but that world record makes up for it.

Our expectations are huge for Bolt because of what he's done in the past but we have to be realistic given his problems this season. Not many sprinters can do what he's done today.

More from Usain Bolt on BBC Red Button: "It's my first race back from my slight injury problem. I can tell I'm not in really top shape. In training everything is OK but I need races to run myself into shape. I'll have to do that in Rio and hopefully get myself back up to speed.

"I don't want to see it again. I wasn't that impressed."

After setting a British record tonight, the 4x100m girls are now setting their sights on claiming the big prize in Rio. 

Here's how we kicked off the evening...

The British 4x100m relay squad set a new new record with a winning time of 41.82. 

Adam Gemili on BBC Red Button Forum: "I am happy although I wanted to get under 20 seconds. I know what I need to work on and hopefully I can get into the final in Rio and hopefully get a medal.

"I need to work a little bit on my speed and my technique to hold my form down the closing stages of the race."

Elsewhere in the men's 200m, Britain's Adam Gemili came in third in 20:07 - just behind Alonso Edward of Panama in second.

Another Brit, Danny Talbot, finished in seventh. 

One lucky lady in the crowd is in tears as she's just caught Usain Bolt's ruby red boots which he threw into the crowd.

She's genuinely overwhelmed and is having all sorts of trouble squeezing them into her handbag.

Usain Bolt is back in business. It wasn't super fast but it's a confidence-booster that will send a bit of a message to the others and he'll be happy to have a win under his belt.

We will expect much faster from Usain Bolt in Rio. Coming through that race and winning will give him confidence to go and work on speed endurance.

"It's a lot of fun, the energy is great and I love being here."

The fastest man in the world, in his first 200m race of the year, comes home in 19:84.
