Men's 800m
Defending champion Pierre-Ambroise Bosse of France is yet to hit top form since returning from a foot injury in July but is one to watch in the third heat. Brandon McBride of Canada has gone under 1:44 this season.
Jamie Webb progresses in 800m
Well dipped that man.
The 800m is a great event. Half sprint half strategy.
Men's 800m
Well raced Jamie Webb! Strong from the Brit to take third and go through!
Men's 800m heats
Jamie Webb is in the next race for GB.
Born in the USA by the Boss plays out inside the stadium. Lovely.

Men's 800m
It is that man Donavan Brazier who comes through to take that heat. Looked easy too, clocking 1:46.04.

Thank goodness I'm this high up.
Men's 800m heats
American Donavan Brazier is third fastest in the world this year – he set a PB of 1:42.70 when destroying the field in Zurich to become the first non-African man to win the 800m Diamond Trophy.
Away!
After scraping through with an 11.31 clocking, Imani Lansiquot tells BBC Sport: "It's a huge relief. My gran and grandad are here somewhere. I'm actually happy with the run as I've been coming back from injury and have been trying to keep the confidence up. It's my first world championships and a semi-final so I am chuffed.
"I want to put my best foot forward. It's my first time and I believe I belong here."
Confirmation that Asha Philip is OUT, with Imani Lansiquot THROUGH.
Men's discus
Nobody has thrown the automatic qualifying distance of 65.50m yet...
Men's 800m
Lynsey Sharp made a mess of the 800m heats yesterday. Britain have Elliot Giles, Kyle Langford and Jamie Webb coming up next in the men's heats.
Can they get through?
Dafne Schippers was stuck out in lane one but comes through to win in 11.17. Imani Lansiquot is fourth in 11.31 - we think that will just about be fast enough to progress...
Dafne Schippers is one to watch in heat six - and there's a fourth Brit in too, can Imani Lansiquot make it through?
Impressive enough from Dina Asher-Smith. Job done.
The semi-finals are at 19:20 on Sunday night - British time.
Tori Bowie is left in the blocks, not the best run, true to form, but she is through in third place.
Mujinga Kambundi of Switzerland wins the heat in 11.17.
Tori Bowie of the US is the big name in the fifth heat.
The reigning champion has still yet to return to her best form after a year-long lay-off with a torn quad sustained at the Prefontaine Classic in May 2018.
So Bowie is under pressure.

This is my position today having been moved up to the gods.
You can just about make out Dina-Asher Smith before she cruised to victory - you can!
By the way, I haven't caught a glimpse of 'Avram Grant' today, so far.

The idea will be to come in here for an athlete, get out of the blocks well, drive it for 20-30 metres and when you're in control and can relax, go ahead and do so. Dina Asher-Smith never found herself under any threat at all. A really, good, solid run.
In the next round she will have to pick it up a little bit but this was an easy qualification.
