  1. 'Buatsi is one of best prospects in world boxing'published at 21:38 British Summer Time 28 July 2018

Joshua Buatsi beats Andrejs Pokumeiko with a first-round knockout

    Earlier on tonight...

Rio Olympic bronze medallist Joshua Buatsi gained the seventh win of his professional career with a first-round knockout of Latvia's Andrejs Pokumeiko.

Buatsi, 25, caught Pokumeiko with a huge left hook and the Latvian could not beat the count.

"It was less than a round, so hardly anything I can take - there is a lot more I have to work on," said Buatsi.

His promoter Eddie Hearn was not as shy. "You are watching the best prospect in world boxing," said Hearn. "He is not far off a world title already. Domestically he is ready to take on all these guys. In world level he is going to be special.

"This is a world class prospect, he will be headlining at the O2 some time soon."

  3. A big night needed for Del Boypublished at 21:38 British Summer Time 28 July 2018

Dereck Chisora's career needs a big night. He has lost eight times, although some of those have been controversial and often very tight decisions.

He has lost three of the past six, against Agit Kabayel, Dillian Whyte and Kubrat Pulev.

He won't get many more chances to get himself back to world title contention.

  4. Takam the warriorpublished at 21:34 British Summer Time 28 July 2018

Carlos Takam? Remember the name? He gave an absolute warrior-like performance against Anthony Joshua last October after taking the fight at only 10 days notice.

Joshua hit Takam with so many shots, and Takam kept coming forward, kept on throwing before it was stopped in the 10th, many people saying unfairly.

The 37-year-old Frenchman has not fought since that Joshua loss, but a win here also keeps him in the hunt for another shot at Joshua or Deontay Wilder.

Takam has won 35 of 40 fights, losing four and drawing one. Three of those losses have come against Parker, Alexander Povetkin and Joshua.

  5. Time to chill...published at 21:28 British Summer Time 28 July 2018

    Dereck Chisora v Carlos Takam

Dereck Chisora has not always been the most chilled out character in boxing. Remember his scuffle with David Haye at a press conference, or the time he threw a table at Dillian Whyte or the time he spat in the face of Wladimir Klitschko?

Well, here he is chilled out. For now at least.
