  1. Even round at the O2published at 23:20 Greenwich Mean Time 22 December 2018

London - round 9: Dillian Whyte v Dereck Chisora

These two are still giving it everything, but the pace has slowed slightly as they have to be pulled apart.

Dillian Whyte covers up to fend off Dereck Chisora and then looks for his own route through the gloves of his opponent.

Chisora lands a big right to the head, Whyte certainly felt it. He counters with a left, bounces on his top toes and then backs off cautiously.

  2. 'Resilient champions'published at 23:19 Greenwich Mean Time 22 December 2018

Manchester - round 11: Josh Warrington v Carl Frampton

    Mike Costello
BBC Sport boxing correspondent at Manchester Arena

Even though we have a challenger and a champion in that ring, both men are showing a champion's resilience.

  3. To the final round we go...published at 23:19 Greenwich Mean Time 22 December 2018

Manchester - round 11: Josh Warrington v Carl Frampton

A lovely left jab from Frampton, with him then crouching down to avoid the Warrington counter. Warrington's head was momentarily thrust backwards when Frampton landed. Great shot.

Three minutes left and both men have given it absolutely everything. What have they got left in their respective engines?

Frampton has only ever lost once in 27 previous fights and is grave danger of adding another defeat.

Manchester - round 10: Josh Warrington v Carl Frampton

    Andy Lee
Former middleweight world champion on BBC Radio 5 live

We are witnessing something special. It seems like every other week, we see a fight of the year and this is definitely one.

  6. Chisora docked a pointpublished at 23:16 Greenwich Mean Time 22 December 2018

London - round 8: Dillian Whyte v Dereck Chisora

That's really low from Dillian Whyte and Dereck Chisora spreads his arms as if to say "really?!" - good body shot from Whyte though as he finds his target and can't resist a wry smile.

Chisora takes another warning... but comes out firing again with a weighty right that bombs on to the top of Whyte's head.

Whyte's finding the body. Chisora hitting the beltline, and now Chisora is being docked a point. He was warned moments ago...

Manchester - round 10: Josh Warrington v Carl Frampton

Trainer Jamie Moore, in the Frampton corner, is asking his man "are you OK?", before sending him out for the tenth. Now, that is not a good sign for Frampton fans.

Warrington is landing to the body and Frampton is missing with some optimistic-looking left hooks.

Remember, Warrington is the current holder of the IBF World Featherweight Championship. Once again, we go into full Rocky-Creed mode. And it is great to watch. A brilliant night of boxing in two different venues.

  8. 'Too much for Frampton'published at 23:12 Greenwich Mean Time 22 December 2018

Manchester - round 9: Josh Warrington v Carl Frampton

    Adam Booth
World champion trainer on BBC Radio 5 live

The round was even until the last 30 seconds. I think Warrington is proving now that he is the fresher and tougher fighter. It seems to be too much for Carl.

  9. Whyte responds in seventhpublished at 23:11 Greenwich Mean Time 22 December 2018

London - round 7: Dillian Whyte v Dereck Chisora

Dillian Whyte opens up for the first time with Dereck Chisora appearing to have got the better of the fight so far.

Whyte finds himself backed up against the ropes again, Chisora on the hunt. He steams a right into the side of Whyte but then is rocked by a counter. Great shot from Whyte.

Now Chisora looks to be in a little trouble, but Whyte backs off and doesn't go for the finish.

Manchester - round 9: Josh Warrington v Carl Frampton

Morgan Fletcher: Brilliant fight #FramptonWarrington, external. Great commentary, could still go framptons way.

Badreddine Ayad: Warrington is looking the stronger and more natural featherweight here. Winning this on my card so far.

  12. 'Special'published at 23:11 Greenwich Mean Time 22 December 2018

Manchester - round 9: Josh Warrington v Carl Frampton

Into the ninth, and Warrington lands a lovely one-two. But it is definitely not as much one-way traffic as it was in a frenetic opening two rounds, where it looked a matter of time before Frampton would be put down to the canvas.

He dug deep to survive and is now definitely back in this one. A looping overhand from Frampton, but once again Warrington comes back.

We hoped it would be special. It certainly has been one magical fight.

  15. Gruelling exchanges at the O2published at 23:08 Greenwich Mean Time 22 December 2018

London - round 6: Dillian Whyte v Dereck Chisora

This is hard to call. Gruelling on both sides.

Dillian Whyte dips away from a Dereck Chisora winder but Chisora then slaps a body shot into the ribs of his opponent.

Whyte goes low himself with a thudding right, but then he's backed up and has to soak up another.

  16. Sore bodies all roundpublished at 23:07 Greenwich Mean Time 22 December 2018

    Manchester - round 8: Warrington v Frampton

    Mike Costello
BBC Sport boxing correspondent at Manchester Arena

They look so, so sore as they pound away at each other's bodies. They will feel that tomorrow and for days to come. This is what champions are made of.

  17. Breathlesspublished at 23:07 Greenwich Mean Time 22 December 2018

Manchester - round 8: Josh Warrington v Carl Frampton

A false start to round eight as Carl Frampton comes out without his gumshield. But no harm done, and no teeth knocked out as the mistake is quickly spotted.

Once again they go toe-to-toe. Brilliant entertainment in Manchester. This could still go either way. Good work by Frampton, but back comes Warrington. Breathless and breathtaking.

  18. 'Blistering'published at 23:04 Greenwich Mean Time 22 December 2018

Manchester - round 7: Josh Warrington v Carl Frampton

    Mike Costello
BBC Sport boxing correspondent at Manchester Arena

Blistering action in round seven. It has to be said, yet again, after that latest tremendous exchange, it was Warrington's punches who had more effect. It's an engrossing contest.

  19. Big round from Chisorapublished at 23:03 Greenwich Mean Time 22 December 2018

London - round 5: Dillian Whyte v Dereck Chisora

David Haye gives Dereck Chisora some advice between rounds, and Dillian Whyte is forced to ride a huge left as they start the slugfest again.

Chisora is continually backing Whyte up, and then sends the Body Snatcher scuttling backwards with a meaty left.

Whyte comes back with a left-right combo as Chisora is forced to cover up.

Chisora is warned for the use of the head, and closes out with a sweet left hook on the bell.

  20. Brutal body shotspublished at 23:03 Greenwich Mean Time 22 December 2018

Manchester - round 7: Josh Warrington v Carl Frampton

Frampton tries to make a dent with a double jab. Fast and effective, but it is not long before Warrington is in his face again.

Both men make some brutal-looking punches to the other's body. They're both going to be sore tomorrow.

A straight left from Frampton finds its mark, but he needs a lot more of that in the final five rounds of this contest to balance out that early domination from Warrington.
