    Round two

Lovely work from Usyk - a couple of jabs and one to the body. Chisora is the one in the middle of the ring, relentlessly pursuing his man. If he's going to win and cause a shock, he's going to do it on the front foot and by trying to turn this into a war.

    Round two

Chisora again tries to land with a swinging overhand right, but Usyk sees it coming and gets himself out of danger.

Usyk is using his footwork better in the second, let Chisora tire himself out and then take advantage.

British heavyweight Dillian Whyte on BBC Radio 5 live: "Chisora doing all the right things. Usyk doesn’t like shots to the body. Let’s see how long he can keep it up."

A lively opening round just as Chisora promised.

    Round 1

Derek Chisora is on the front foot, trying to land forcefully. A couple of jabs land from Usyk, but Chisora is looking fast, fit and ready. A great opening three minutes from Chisora, but how long can he keep this pace up for?

  8. Postpublished at 23:11 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2020

Remember, Derek Chisora weighed in at three stone heavier. This could well be the toughest night Oleksandr Usyk has ever had in the sport.

    Round 1

A great start from Derek Chisora. Another big looping overhand right finds its mark. This wasn't in the plan.

Chisora lands with a big overhand right early in the opener. It sends Usyk bouncing backwards and he rebounds off the ropes.

Derek Chisora has lost nine times in his career. A 10th will surely end any hope of the world title he so desperately craves.

Kind of works better when there's thousands of fans in attendance, but full marks for trying.

Here's some fancy footwork from Oleksandr Usyk. Chisora then responded with super-imposing Usyk's head on Ricky Gervais' David Brent character dancing from The Office.

  19. 'You need people like me making it more spicy'published at 23:03 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2020

    Derek ChisoraImage source, .

"Mentally, physically, there's nothing he can do to stop me," Derek Chisora told the 5 Live Boxing Podcast.

"I am so fired up. No fighter is prepared to go where I go - the other side. I like to sit down in the corner and when you feel you have nothing left then you give more and more - that's the other side."

Chisora says the initial postponement of the bout in May because of coronavirus has helped him achieve what he claims has been his best training camp in 12 years as a pro.

"God will tell me when it's time to retire," he added. "How many times have they told me 'he's done, he's not coming back'?

"If I'm not in boxing and everybody is so good and talks in a nice manner, what are you going to write about? You need people like me making it more spicy."

I see Derek putting pressure on non-stop but the pressure being less and less effective.

We may see Derek really up against it in the last three or four rounds. Usyk to win.
