    Round three

Dubois launches a number of left-right combos early in the third - he'll need to recharge now as Joyce looks to rediscover his first-round composure.

    This is fascinating.

  10. Dubois v Joyce - predictionspublished at 22:50 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2020

Tyson Fury: "It's the best British heavyweight fight for a long time. Joe is a big, strong unit, a juggernaut. If you get in the way he'll run you over. Daniel is big, strong and fresh. They are both capable of winning."

Ricky Hatton: "It's an exceptional fight, a 50-50 fight. Daniel may be a bit fresher and have his confidence up. I think that might just make the difference."

  11. Dubois v Joyce - predictionspublished at 22:48 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2020

Mike Costello, BBC boxing commentator: "It's a fight I love. There are endless possibilities here. I am not too sure how he wins it, I just think the left hand - the jab - of Dubois will be a key factor."

Steve Bunce, BBC boxing pundit: "I just fancy Dubois. I think it will be a really draining fight on the two of them. I edge to Dubois but can make a solid case for Joyce."

  12. Dubois enters the arenapublished at 22:48 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2020

Daniel 'Dynamite' Dubois arrives after the Juggernaut.

A slightly more conservative robe - like something you might pick off the rails of a Sloane Street store. Not cheap.

    This is it. Ready?

The spotlights are circling the canvas so that must mean... ring walks.

Joyce will appear first in his cartoon-strip outfit.

  15. Dubois v Usyk possibility?published at 22:41 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2020

Earlier in the month, promoter Frank Warren said that Daniel Dubois could face Oleksandr Usyk, who defeated Derek Chisora to become the mandatory challenger for Anthony Joshua's WBO belt.

If Joshua vacates his belt in order to set up a clash against fellow Briton Tyson Fury in 2021 then this could pave the way for Dubois - if he defeats Joyce.

As for British champion Dubois, unbeaten in 15 - 14 by KO, he is one of 11 children fathered by Dave Dubois, with three others hoping to make their name in the sport. Sister Caroline, 19, unbeaten after 40 fights, is hoping to challenge for gold at Tokyo in 2021.

Brother Daniel said about his own forthcoming fight: " I am not intimidated by Joyce's experience. He has never been in with a fighter like me before and I’m ready to go.

"I have the power in both hands to take him out. I will break him down and chop him up. People haven’t seen the best of me.

"I want to send a clear message to the rest of the fighters in the heavyweight division and to the world that I am coming. I’m ready for war."
