Whyte knocks out Povetkin
British trainer Peter Fury on BBC Radio 5 Live: "I’m very pleased for Dillian. This was his fight to win. He’s got his whole career ahead of him. Povetkin’s at the tail end of his. Whyte’s done what he had to do. For me the right man has won tonight."
Andrew Priestley: Alexander Povetkin didn’t look right from the ring walk through until the referee waved it off. Slow, disoriented and flat-footed throughout, Whyte just had to bide his time in the end. A strange spectacle.
Sho: Love the respect Dillian showed to Povetkin at the end. A real one.

"He answered a lot of questions. He needed to win and he’s done that. He’s come flying out at the start of the fourth round, given himself room and his counter punching was spot on."
Redemption and revenge!

I thought that was a closer round. It was a case of picking what you liked. Povetkin was diving in. Dillian showed force behind the jab.
Whyte v Povetkin
An early jab again has Alexander Povetkin stumbling - he's looked slow and his legs really don't look steady, not a good start.

That gets the crowd going, with Povetkin's nose bloodied. The Russian backs off, opting for a cautious approach to get through the first round.
Ding ding!

Dan Umphray: If Whyte loses tonight it’s effectively career over, surely? World title contender for 3 years to nothing in 2 fights. What a crazy game boxing is.
