  1. The most important fight of AJ’s career?published at 21:10 British Summer Time 1 April 2023

Good evening from the O2 Arena in London. This is a huge night – perhaps the most important – of Anthony Joshua’s career.

The Olympic golden boy has treated us to some fantastic nights. The Dillian Whyte rivalry, the epic Wladimir Klitschko fight, brutal knockouts of several challengers. Even his losses, a shock defeat to Andy Ruiz Jr or being twice outclassed by Oleksandr Usyk, have kept us entertained.

Put simply, there is rarely a dull Anthony Joshua fight. But a loss to Jermaine Franklin tonight and it’s hard to see where ‘AJ’ goes next.

  3. AJ is backpublished at 20:59 British Summer Time 1 April 2023

Two-time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua wants to get his gold back.

After August's defeat against Oleksandr Usyk, we weren't sure if or when we would see Anthony Joshua fight again, but he's back in action, back in Britain and back where it all started - at the O2 in London.

If he is to have any chance of winning his belts back in the future, he has to get the job done against American Jermaine Franklin tonight.
