Summary

  • Antrim v London (14:00 BST)

  1. Sides now await Monday's quarter-finals drawpublished at 16:02 British Summer Time 9 June 2024

    FT: Antrim 3-11 London 2-10

So after all that, Antrim will be in the hat for tomorrow morning's draw and we'll have the match report up on the website shortly.

You could have a pretty good stab at guessing what the quarter-final pairings are going to be given that the teams cannot face oppositions who they have already played in their groups.

That means, from example, that Antrim definitely won't be drawn against Sligo.

In turn, Group 3 Fermanagh cannot play Laois and Wicklow again so their opposition is either going to Antrim or Limerick.

Likewise, Down cannot play Limerick again and so will either face the Saffrons, Laois or Wicklow.

There are a lot of caveats going into the draw but we won't have long to wait with the pairings going to be announced just after 08:30 BST tomorrow morning.

We'll have all the details of tomorrow morning's draw with the four ties part of a huge weekend of football as the final round of Super 16s group matches also take place on Saturday and Sunday.

In the meantime, enjoy the rest of your Sunday and have a good week.

  2. Antrim survive the scarepublished at 15:34 British Summer Time 9 June 2024

    FT: Antrim 3-11 London 2-10

All over at Corrigan Park and Antrim have got over the line, but it was far from an easy afternoon.

Aghagallon's Ruairi McCann again proving his worth with two goals as Antrim head into the last eight, but a major improvement will be needed when they go on the road next week.

London gave it everything there and were right in it until McCann's second goal at the death.

  14. All square at the break in Corriganpublished at 14:38 British Summer Time 9 June 2024

    HT: Antrim 1-5 London 2-2

Well, well. It's all level at the break in Corrigan Park with Eunan Walsh kicking an equaliser for Antrim, but the first half has seen the Saffrons hit for two goals that will give London plenty of confidence going in at the break.

The hosts have been quite wasteful with eight wides, but the London kick-out is giving Antrim problems.

It makes for a very interesting second half.
