I had to catch my breath after that one but it's a lapse of judgement in the backline.

What a start from Arsenal in this second half. Three goals up and definitely in control.

It was an unbelievable finish by Alessia Russo.

Goals won't come soon for Lyon if they continue like that.

Selma Bacha sends a cross towards the back post but their attacking efforts are poor. Nobody gets anywhere near it and Arsenal clear.

That goal took just 27 seconds after the restart.

Lyon need two to send this game to extra time.

Alessia Russo has just made that a very real possibility.

It's all a bit of a mess at the back for Lyon, they just can't clear the ball and Russo is the first to the loose ball.

Joe Montemurro can not believe it. He holds up his arms as if to say 'what was the point in that half-time team talk?'

No changes at half-time for either side and we are back under way in Lyon.

I thought Kim Little and Mariona Caldentey have controlled the game, managed the game and dominated it.

Kim Little is first onto the second balls and Caldentey has an unbelievable finish.

You could have two goalkeepers in net and they wouldn't save it.

Arsenal have been superb and that was a nice way to top off the first half, but they have to go again.

Don't forget, Arsenal have thrashed Lyon here before.

They won't want to get too ahead of themselves but they will certainly have had that 5-1 victory in the 2022-23 competition in their minds in the build-up to this match.

They have been by far the better side so far but I expect Lyon will come out of the blocks in the second half.

Arsenal's press has been really good, the moments they've pressed at, and that created that opening chance where they scored from the corner.

Lyon's Tabitha Chawinga attempted just four passes in the first half. Arsenal were all over her.

What a hit that is!

I said before that Mariona Caldentey could be instrumental in turning things around for Arsenal and with that strike she has done just that.

She went for goal from distance before but it went just over the bar. She's gone for it again there and found the back of the net beautifully.
