England are streets ahead of the rest of the Commonwealth. They are purely world class.

That, coupled with James Hall's 14.000 and Giarnni Regini-Moran's 13.350 has England in first place and with one hand on the gold.

New Zealand's Sophie Pascoe has a swimming gold, but she's also got moves.
After her medal ceremony for winning the 100m freestyle S9, the crowd starts clapping along to Staying Alive and Pascoe puts on a show as she dances round in a circle with her flag to many whoops of joy from the crowd.

But English Para-cyclist Sophie Unwin was left upset after being told she would not receive a bronze medal for her performance in the women's tandem sprint.
Unwin and her pilot Georgia Holt were not presented with medals because of a rule which states bronze medals are not awarded in events with only four entries.
Five teams had originally entered but four took to the start line, meaning only the gold and silver medals would be given out.
This did not appear to be communicated to Unwin and Holt, who later posed on the podium with medals borrowed from their England team pursuit colleagues.
It is also understood Team England has raised the issue with the Commonwealth Games Federation.

It has been a long competition - it has been over three hours and over the last couple of pieces, the gymnasts have seemed to struggle with their concentration.
Netball: New Zealand 33-11 Northern Ireland
Northern Ireland moving slightly better in that second quarter - quicker, sharper passing and crucially, putting the ball in the net. They are still shooting at only 57.9% to New Zealand's 91.7%, though.
Ultimately there is still a pretty hefty margin but we're certainly seeing some more positivity on court from the side ranked 11th in the world.
Northern Ireland's Fi Toner does need to be a bit careful however, she's had a couple of cautions for persistent contact.
The umpires are all mic'd up in this tournament, so you can hear the calls loud and clear.

Team England secured first and second in the men's 50m butterfly semi-finals, here's what the swimming duo said to BBC Sport:
Ben Proud: "It’s good, I wanted a confidence booster and that's exactly what I got. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow night, coming in for a final. I’ll give it a good go."
Jacob Peters: "I'm happy with that, just fractionally off my PB. Hopefully with a little bit of a morning off tomorrow, I can progress that even more on the final and just maybe a medal’s on the table."

Cyprus complete their six rotations and that moves them above Wales into the gold medal place.
Hamish Carter and David Weir then score 11.800 and 11.850 and that gives Scotland an overall of 237.800 for the six rotations and that moves them into second place, with Wales now down to third.
It's another medal for the groaning cabinet as Laura Kenny spearheaded England to team pursuit bronze on the track where she made her name.

Next time the role of Superman comes up England's Ben Proud must be in the running. Displaying an almost cartoonish physique as he discusses that semi-final win in the 50m butterfly. What a punishing sport to take on!

Scotland are looking good for beating Wales' overall score here as Frank Baines and Pavel Karnejenko score 13.300 and 11.650 respectively on the floor. They are 10.5 behind Wales' overall with one more score to come.

There were some familiar names on the start line of the men's team sprint qualifying earlier on Friday, but not as you may expect.
David Beckham Elkatohchoongo and Ronaldo Laitonjam were part of the Indian trio competing, and we'll be seeing plenty from them as the Games go on.
The pair, aged 18 and 20 respectively, are also set to compete in the men's individual sprint, 1,000m time trial and keirin.
Confusingly, Laitonjam is actually named after Brazil superstar Ronaldinho, whose real name is Ronaldo de Assis Moreira. He was born the day after Ronaldinho scored THAT free-kick against England at the 2002 World Cup.
Elkatohchoongo, meanwhile, is from a Manchester United-supporting family.
