Super style from Joe Fraser - and that's where the difficulty points rack up. But that dismount hurt his foot a bit - you can see it on his face.

Plenty going on in the T20 match between Barbados and Pakistan.

Barbados set a decent total of 144-4 in their stint at the crease, then set about the Pakistan top order with the ball.

Pakistan are reduced to 17-2 when Omaima Sohail is run out, but not after a bit of confusion...

    Barry McClements... unbelievable!

The rest of the NI swimming team are sat in the top right hand corner of the stand as I look at them, and they could not watch those final 25 metres.

They just saw their team-mate create a bit of history. NI has a Commonwealth Games swimming medal.

It was a great, gutsy swim. Barry McClements did go out very hard, and he did pay for it. It wasn’t near his best time, but it was a fabulous swim. A first medal for Northern Ireland in the swimming, great to see.

    New Zealand v Northern Ireland

In the last of today's netball action at the NEC Northern Ireland are taking on world champions New Zealand.

Much like Wales up against Jamaica this is a tough ask for Northern Ireland - the Silver Ferns have featured in every Commonwealth Games final but one and won the ultimate prize twice.

But this is a pretty different New Zealand side from the one that won the World Cup in Liverpool in 2019 and Northern Ireland are not without talent of their own, this will be a good test for them.
