James Hall really is such a great team captain. Not flashy, he just gets on with the job.

England 3-0 Ghana - men's pool B
A heatmap of this match would be interesting. Ghana's third of the pitch would be scorched.
England have been knocking on the door throughout the second 15-minute period, but have been met by a one-man Ghanaian wall.
It's called Duisberg Offei. The Ghana goalkeeper has been sensational.
But wait! He's been beaten by a rocket with a few minutes left. England's Phil Roper twists and turns on the left, then smacks in a beauty from a tight angle.
Can the home side grab a third before half-time? They're on the hunt again. And they get it!
England win another penalty corner with just 13 seconds left and Nick Bandurak converts after a slickly-executed move.
The build-up to the Commonwealth Games has been far from the norm for three-time Olympic gold medallist Adam Peaty.
A broken foot - the first major injury of his career - saw him ruled out of the World Championships in Budapest last month, before which his coach Mel Marshall said it was "pretty tight" as to whether Peaty would make the Games.
The 27-year-old is aiming to defend his 100m breaststroke Commonwealth title for a second time, as well as looking to turn his 50m silver from 2018 into gold. He's not in the pool tonight, mind.
Peaty first made his name at the Glasgow Commonwealths in 2014, winning two gold medals for England. He's since gone on to win 16 European titles and eight world titles, in addition to those Olympic golds.

"Literally, I could cry right now, I’m so happy. This season has not been the season I wanted it to be. Never in my wildest dreams, in my first Commonwealth Games, did I think I was going to get a medal. I'm so happy."
Men's 100m backstroke S9 final (19:48 BST)
The first of two finals for S9 Para-swimmers is up next with defending champ Brenden Hall in the final for Australia.

How is Daniel Wiffen feeling now? Agonisingly close to a medal, but he must be delighted with his day's work. Twice broken the Irish record in a day, and looking in brilliant shape with his favoured 1,500m to come next week.

Women's 400m IM
Scotland's Katie Shanahan after her 400m IM bronze: "I can't believe it. I'm so, so happy and I literally don't know what to say. I just wanted to attack it from the start. I knew if I didn't I wouldn't have a chance of a medal and it hurt so much in the last 50m.
"I could feel all the girls coming up behind me but I could see the crowd cheering me on and I was thinking about nothing else but getting a hand on the wall."
A lovely moment for Katie Shanahan, the Scottish swimmer clearly absolutely delighted with her bronze medal in her post-race interview. Superb!
