    Australia's Cedric Dubler has gone highest of all the decathletes, clearing 2.06m. Competition leader Lindon Victor of Greneda is just behind on 2.03m.

    Victor takes a 134-point lead to bed with him tonight after four events. Dubler is second, while England's Harry Kendall clings to sixth.

    Don't get many Cedrics do you? Like it, makes me think of 1990s monk-murder series Cadfael for some reason. Anyway...

    How do you fancy a new world record to go with your Commonwealth Games gold medal?

    Folashade Oluwafemiayo of Nigeria says yes, that would be splendid, thanks.

    The 37-year-old obliterates the competition with a final lift of 155kg to seal the women's heavyweight final in style.

    Oluwafemiayo's compatriot Bose Omolayo comes home in second place to take silver and Australia's Hani Watson wins bronze.

    The Australian marathon champion took it out and held off the opposition. She seems to get more pace out of every push along the final 100m.

    Scotland's Sammi Kinghorn looked like the likeliest to slip past the favourite, but could not maintain her challenge. She ends up with bronze as Angela Ballard, De Rozario's compatriot, nicks silver.

    Women's heavyweight final

    Final rotation complete for Rebecca Bedford and the 24-year-old closes her competition with a tally of 80.8 points after failing on her third lift of 96kg.

    The English powerlifter was sitting in fifth place, but Thamar Gisele Mengue of Cameroon has vaulted herself above Bedford and Kenya's Joyce Wambui Njuguna to take fourth spot, so sixth place it is for the champion para-badminton player.

    We know one medal winner already. Hani Watson of Australia claims bronze after having her second lift of 125kg chalked off.

    The 39-year-old only made her international debut in May but her third attempt of 127kg was given the green lights and a final points total of 98.5 hands her third place.

    Andrea Spendolini Sirieix, just 17-years-old, wins in style with the highest scoring dive of the final. Her Back 2½ Somersaults 1½ Twists nets her 86.40 points and she finishes on a huge total of 357.50, 20.20 points ahead of England's Lois Toulson in second.

    Canada's Caeli McKay takes bronze another 19.80 points back.

    Wow.

    England's Zac Shaw on winning silver: "It's been a tough year. Last year my mum got diagnosed with brain cancer and I missed out on Tokyo. She was cancer free a couple of months ago, so to share this moment with her - the medal is for her.

    "It's tough to watch someone you love go through something like that so, for me, this whole year was I wanted to put a smile on her face and make her proud. The moment means a lot.

    "I also get to do a victory lap. I haven't had that before."

    "2019 was a great year for me, then Covid happened, then my Achilles rupture happened, then I was finding my feet, trying to find a new coach and trying to learn all these new things.

    "With Covid and the lack of crowds, everything felt completely different.

    "This event has given me so much energy and want going forward. I have remembered how to be competitive so I am really happy to be able to do this on the back of Eugene [World Championships].

    On how she plans to celebrate: "Denise [Lewis] promised me a bottle of bubbly if I came first and she has just come up with the goods. I can't say how long that is going to last."

    A stunning dive from England's Eden Cheng scores her 62.40 points and she's the first athlete to break 300 points.

    The 19-year-old is currently first with 302.58 but will drop down the leaderboard once the favourites have gone.
