Can England's Paul Drinkhall make one final comeback?

• England's Noah Williams and Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix won gold in the mixed synchronised 10m platform final, as compatriots Kyle Kothari and Lois Toulson claimed the silver;
• Scotland's Grace Reid and James Heatly claimed diving gold in the mixed synchronised 3m springboard;
• Wales' Charlotte Carey and Anna Hursey won table tennis bronze in the women's doubles;
• England's Lauren Smith and Marcus Ellis earned badminton mixed doubles silver;
• England's men secured a hockey medal by beating South Africa 6-3 in the bronze medal match.

At the change of ends India's Sathiyan Gnanasekaran is 5-1 up in the deciding game.

Paul Drinkhall of England won't be concerned just yet though. He's already come from three games down today.

It's almost time for one of the final golds of the Games to be decided.

Australia take on India in the men's hockey final from 12:30 BST.

Australia's men have won gold every single time hockey has featured at the Games - six in total for a 24-year reign as Commonwealth champions.

They have been so dominant that in all six of those finals they have only conceded a total of two goals.

He takes the sixth game 12-10 and forces a decider. It's all to play for with one game to go.

Here's what Team England's Kyle Kothari and Lois Toulson had to say after finishing second in the mixed synchronised 10m platform final.

On taking part in the first mixed synchronised 10m final, Kothari said: "To be honest we were a bit like is this going to work because you're thrown together, we had a small incline it might but it just shows today that it does."

On what went right today, Toulson said: "I'm not sure what the magic ingredient is but we've known each other for a long time.

"I think when we were put together we knew that we could do it but we've only done these dives three times together.

"I was looking forward to this competition as it's one of my only international competitions of the season."

On what next, she said: "We've literally got one day to rest and then we go to the European Championships but after that we'll be taking a break."

Yes Andrea, you really won another gold!

Earlier, the Scottish pairing of James Heatly and Grace Reid took gold in the mixed synchronised 3m springboard event.

Here's how they did it.

What a comeback in the table tennis. England's Paul Drinkhall is keeping his medal hopes alive coming from 3-0 down to win the fifth game 11-9 to make it 2-3 against India's Sathiyan Gnanasekaran.

The crowd are loving this, they carried Drinkhall in the fourth game. Now can he win the next one and level things up at 3-3?

Noah Williams and Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix will both leave Birmingham 2022 with two gold each following that triumph.

Williams won men’s synchronised gold with Matty Lee, while Spendolini-Sirieix took the individual title - along with women’s synchro silver alongside Eden Cheng.

Australia's Cassiel Rousseau and Emily Boyd take the bronze.

Scotland's Angus Menmuir and Gemma McArthur finish seventh, with Wales' Aidan Heslop and Ruby Thorne in eighth.
