Women's hockey: England 0-0 New Zealand

England just can't get any sort of territory up the pitch. Whenever they get past the 22, their final pass is intercepted, or a forward dribbles into a flat stick.

New Zealand are playing smart hockey; England aren't.

Just when it looked like India were putting together a match-winning run, after picking up six unanswered shots, the England four of Jamie Chestney, Louis Ridout, Nick Brett and Sam Tolchard respond by picking up a three to make it 11-9 with two ends to play.

This English group already have a gold and silver between them in the triples and pairs this week, so should we ever have doubted them?

A forward 1.5 somersaults with two twists is the second dive for Amy Rollinson - sounds easy if you say it fast, right? A touch heavy on the landing as she over rotates and it does hamper her scores. She's on 108.60 points after two dives and finds herself fourth.

Canadian Mia Vallee keeps up the pressure and nails the hardest dive of the night! She leads with a massive 122.30.
