Have a day, Northern Ireland.
Aidan Walsh wins their third boxing gold, and fifth overall, with what must be said was a fairly routine win.
He has upgraded that silver from four years ago, and it's another major medal to his collection.
A wonderful accomplished fighter at 25. Something of a young veteran, well done that man.

It was a wonderful move from Geraint Thomas - it was all or nothing, gold or nothing at all. You have to take your hat off to him to show that kind of bravery.
Men's road race
Geraint Thomas went for it in that final kilometre. he gave it everything, but he was caught and in the end the track speed of Aaron Gate proved the difference.
Northern Ireland's Matthew Teggart finished fourth, England's Fred Wright was fifth and Ben Turner was seventh, while Thomas crossed the line seventh.

Aaron Gate needs to buy Lucas Plapp a beer because he just gave him the perfect lead out.
The English team had the numbers to pull Geraint Thomas back, but Plapp gave Gate all the space and time in the world to do what he needed.

One England attack in this quarter and it ends with a penalty corner. Lovely stuff for the hosts.
Hockey final: England 2-0 Australia
Incredible bravery from Maddie Hinch. The ball deflects into the air and the England keeper sprints to the ball, palming it away as Australia's Shanea Tonkin swings at it.
That could have ended with a nasty injury.
Men's road race
Geraint Thomas goes!
Less than 2km to go!
Men's road race
Two kilometres to go and Ben Watson and Sam Culverwell have almost been caught!
England's Watson kicks again in a final attempt at staying away from the chasing group of 10.

This is the opportunity of a lifetime for Sam Culverwell. He is up against it to beat Ben Watson, who can sprint. But to make this work they have to work together or will be eaten up by the chasing pack.
Men's road race
Five kilometres to go. Ben Watson and Sam Culverwell's lead is starting to come down quickly.
Hockey final: England 2-0 Australia
Australia continue to threaten as forward Great Hayes twists and turns inside the d. But Fiona Crackles stays low and is able to pinch the ball off the end of her stick. Great defending from the England player.

Walsh's success in the previous rounds came on the back foot, where his elusive switch-hitting frustrated and bamboozled his opponent.
Tiago Osorio Muxanga is doing the smart thing initially by effectively refusing Walsh's invitation to come onto the front foot.
Then he gets frustrated and does come forward. Jackpot, thinks Walsh.
He picks off his man with a big right hand that sends the Mozambique fighter to the floor. 5-0 round for Walsh.
