The main headline on Saturday was Lando Norris.

Q3 was only in its infancy when championship leader Norris clipped the kerb at Turn Five and crashed out in his McLaren. Norris walked away from the incident unharmed but the shunt leaves him down in 10th place for the start of today's race.

With team-mate Oscar Piastri and defending champ Max Verstappen eyeing up his spot in the standings, Norris says he has a "big job" on his hands to claw himself back into contention.

"I don't think it's going to be an easy one because I don't think it's very easy to overtake around here," he said.

"We have a strong car but clearly not as good as we would like because Max is on pole and George is only 0.1secs behind, so it's not like things are plain sailing at the minute."
