I tell you what, that rendition of the India anthem was a belter. The home openers, in blue, wait on the boundary edge as their maroon-clad opponents huddle. It just feels big.

Tez: All this talk about Hank Scorpio/Jadeja got me thinking about cartoon characters. Joe root reminds me of Johnny Quest.

Yuvraj Singh, remember, is missing this one because of an ankle injury. This fella is making sure he's gone, but not forgotten.
