Jonny Bairstow's struggle with the crossword continues as Angelo Mathews shuffles in to Chris Woakes. Prod forward in defence, a flick off the hip for a couple, England continuing without a great deal of trouble. Time for some spin?
I was wondering when this might happen. Sri Lanka are flush with wicketkeepers, so it's no surprise that the injured Dinesh Chandimal has handed the gloves to Kusal Mendis. If they'd done that at the start of play, Chris Woakes might not be there. Mendis is a bona fide keeper, so Sri Lanka aren't losing anything behind the sticks.

"Sri Lanka should have been looking to bowl England out for 350. And had those chances been taken, they would have had a very good chance. But they've gone from one extreme to the other in the field."
Eng 357-6
England tickle the accelerator in the shape of some busy running. Twice Moeen pushes Lakmal through the off side at runs two to increasing applause from the Durham crowd. In the crowd, a large of group of chaps dressed in yellow (are they chickens?) take on some liquid refreshment. Speaking of which, it's time for a drink.
Andrew Samson
BBC Test Match Special statistician
"This is now the fourth fifty partnership of the innings. It has taken 99 balls."

Jonny Bairstow is still on his puzzle, while the injured Ben Stokes has taken himself and his crutches to the press box. Do feel free to send some updates to the live text, Ben. Still Mathews, Woakes edging for four to bring up the 50 partnership. Death by a thousand cuts for Sri Lanka.

Matt Bodsworth: That could be the worst review I have ever seen by Sri Lanka there...
Charles Dagnall
BBC Test Match Special
"That is a shocking review."
Awful awful review. Chris Woakes has got the biggest of inside edges. And it was probably too high. And missing leg stump. Apart from that, it was a good shout. Two dropped catches, a bad review and ground fielding that is starting to creak. Sri Lanka unravelling.
Eng 342-6
After Woakes drives down the ground for four... Desperation, thy name is a Sri Lankan review. If I still was able to bet my grandad (I lost him on the outcome of the toss yesterday) I'd back that Chris Woakes is not out here...

Excellent living near cricket grounds chat. What about club grounds? At my club one supporter has a gate from their back garden on to the ground. Living the dream. Angelo Mathews on for a trundle, the most military of medium pace. Maiden to Woakes.

Lakmal, goatee that wouldn't look out of place on an evil overlord, is round the wicket to the left-handed Moeen, who has a beard that is tickling the collar of his shirt. On the England balcony, Trevor Bayliss is in animated discussion with Alastair Cook and Joe Root, while Jonny Bairstow is doing some sort of newspaper puzzle. Junior jumble, I think.
