Here we go. That's been bowled around Natalie Sciver's legs. Sciver and Knight have been the mainstay for England and have been calm heads throughout. This is real pressure for England now.

England have lost three wickets for six runs in 12 balls.
Sciver b Luus 3 (Eng 145-5)
I don't believe this. One of the dodgiest overs I've seen in international cricket for a while, and it's taken two wickets. Having served up a couple of big full tosses, Luus spins one past Nat Sciver's legs as she tries to sweep, and it hits leg stump!
For those trying to keep track, Fran Wilson came in to replace Knight, and has two singles to her name.

That should have been put into the stands. What a catch! It was really hit hard. Heather Knight will be really disappointed with that.

That's a gift of a wicket!
Knight c Wolvaardt b Luus 30 (Eng 142-4)
Is that crashing sound you can hear, the wheels falling off the England innings? Sune Luus into the attack, serving up a pie of a full toss but Heather Knight clubs it straight to Laura Wolvaardt at square leg. Suddenly, England have two new batters in.

It doesn't look an easy wicket to start on. No-one has looked like they've started really well.
Target 219
Natalie Sciver replaces Sarah Taylor - so not much let-up for the Proteas on that front - and the Surrey right-hander sees off the rest of the over from Ismail, picking up a two.

A run out is never a good look, especially when it's not necessary. Dane van Niekerk is now giving her team a gee-up and telling them where to bowl. She's very animated.
Dan Norcross

That is exactly what England didn't need. There are we, talking about how this game could be wrapped up by the end f the 40th over! It means a new batsman is going to have to come in and face Ismail.
Taylor run out 54 (Eng 139-3)
...and she's gone. A direct hit from Dane van Niekerk, who was run out herself during the South African innings, and Taylor is on her way.
However, captain Van Niekerk takes the opportunity after Taylor's departure to give her side a frenzied pep-talk. For them, the game could be won and lost in the next five to 10 overs.
Oh no, what are they doing there? Just when England were going so well, an attempted risky single off the first ball of the next over from the recalled Shabnim Ismail, a direct hit...
Target 219
Exquisite timing from Taylor - having reached that half-century, she lashes an on-driven four wide of Chloe Tryon at mid-on.
Phil Long
TMS statistician
Sarah Taylor's fifty came up from 74 balls with six fours. It's her 11th ODI half-century, and six of those have been converted into hundreds.
Eng 134-2
Taylor reaches her 18th ODI fifty with a well-run single - Daniels is straying with her line, which had allowed Knight to guide a four wide of mid-on from the first ball of the over.
Ebony Rainford-Brent
Ex-England batter on BBC Test Match Special
Khaka and Daniels are an effective bowling partnership. It's not necessarily about the pace, but the accuracy.
Sarah Taylor has already completed one of the most athletic stumpings you could hope to see - and now she's turning those ridiculously quick hands to batting.
Taylor 49, Knight 24
Taylor guides a four off her legs to move to within one run of her half-century. As ever, it's been a very fluent innings from her.
Ebony Rainford-Brent
Ex-England batter on BBC Test Match Special
This is the right move for South Africa, taking the pace off. The angles from Daniels, coming from the left hand, just causes a few tricky moments.
